Commencing Real Estate in 1987 Graham cut his teeth selling residential real estate in Mangere, Papatoetoe and Manurewa.

A little over two years later Graham assumed the Managers position at Harcourts Papakura before buying the Franchise in 1989. This opened the door to ownership of several offices in South Auckland that today includes Pukekohe and Papakura, with their joint venture partners.

Awarded Harcourts Hall of Fame status in 2007, this recognised his contribution to Harcourts over the previous 18 years.

Graham has also been involved in the Rotary Club of Papakura since 1991 and was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship in 2006 and was President for the 2012-13 year.

I really enjoy real estate and the opportunities to learn new things on a daily basis.

In my work as a Branch Manager of Harcourts Pukekohe, my contact with sellers and buyers is not as close as the salespeople in the office but I take every opportunity to meet with as many of you as I am able.

I work closely with the residential and rural teams and accompany them on listing presentations and team inspections.

Real estate is a referral business and my reputation relies upon the satisfied clients I serve. While I am no longer in the active selling role I am very much up to date with the current market trends in both rural and residential. I’d love to hear from you all if you need real estate information and assistance.

I’m still a petrolhead. My husband Ray and I campaign a 1970 Ford Mustang - The Harcourts Mustang – it keeps us off the streets!

We are also enjoying our grandparenting responsibilities. We are proud grandparents to a healthy brood of 6 grandchildren. It’s definitely added a new dimension to our lives.

Debra & Graham Viall become franchisees of the Harcourts brand in 1989.

At the same time being new parents to identical twin girls bought other challenges.

Starting with Harcourts Papakura with both residential & lifestyle sales teams they expanded to include a property management division.

Debra, as well as a working mother set up the office systems whilst running the office administration to include the reconciliations of the bank accounts, accounts payable & receivable, contract disbursements and payroll.

Rapid expansion for office’s at Conifer Grove, Pukekohe, Hill Park, Clendon, Manurewa, and more recently an East Auckland arm with office’s at Pakuranga and Howick has ensured Debra’s centralised Administration office is kept very busy.
