Graduating from the University of Auckland as a top scholar (Senior Prize in Property & PINZ Student of the Year), Louisa joined NAI Harcourts BCRE early in 2017. Prior to this, she worked at Goodman Property Trust for 5 years as a Commercial Property Manager responsible for Highbrook Business Park in East Tamaki- arguably one of the largest and most prestigious business parks in Australasia.

She also has experience in consulting on Commercial development projects; assisting with budgeting, obtaining finance, lease negotiation and tenant mix, as well as project management.

Louisa has substantial experience in running and implementing Health and Safety programmes; having previously held the role of H&S Co-ordinator for Goodman NZ for 5 years. She has a Level 3 Certificate (NZQA) in H&S Representative Management from Impac.

Annalea Doherty-Jobes

Annalea Doherty-Jobes

Property Manager

Annalea has over 20 year’s experience in the Corporate Sector & Property Management Industry.

She initially joined BCRE in 2016, and has spent the last 12 months as a Property Manager in the Residential team.

Prior to this, Annalea was working for a major Harcourts office in Auckland, developing a residential rent roll from scratch which went on to win numerous Business Development awards.

Annalea is an accredited Property Manager, has a certificate in Debt Collection & Legal action from the EMA, as well as a Certificate in Small Business Management from Te Wananga o Aoteroa.

She also has had 8 years in the IT industry with DHL and has a strong understanding of systems and business IT requirements.

Graham Viall

Graham Viall


Commencing Real Estate in 1987 Graham cut his teeth selling residential real estate in Mangere, Papatoetoe and Manurewa.

A little over two years later Graham assumed the Managers position at Harcourts Papakura before buying the Franchise in 1989. This opened the door to ownership of several offices in South Auckland that today includes Pukekohe and Papakura, with their joint venture partners.

Awarded Harcourts Hall of Fame status in 2007, this recognised his contribution to Harcourts over the previous 18 years.

Graham has also been involved in the Rotary Club of Papakura since 1991 and was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship in 2006 and was President for the 2012-13 year.
