Commercial Facilities Management

We carry out annual budgeting of all occupancy costs relating to the building, including rates, insurance, BWOF and compliance costs, landscaping, building washes and compile these in an Operating Expenses (OPEX) budget. We actively manage our contractors, including negotiating cost-effective service agreements, H&S evaluation and oversight and invoice verification.

Regular building inspections are carried out and reported back to our tenants and landlords to ensure the property is maintained as best as possible.
